Grass Roots is Europe's largest performance improvement
company. We help organisations achieve their goals by engaging,
motivating and empowering their key people: employees, channel
partners and customers. We provide expertise and award-winning
support integrating five key disciplines: communication,
education, measurement, rewards and events.
We are the founding company of an international group with a
turnover of over £280 million and offices and partners around
the world. In the UK, we have more than 1,000 clients, including
64 of the FTSE 100, and 350 employees based in offices in
Tring, Hertfordshire and Wendover, Buckinghamshire.
1st principles
When it was founded in 1980, Grass Roots established clear
guiding principles.
These remain the same today.
